Germany: free shipping and free returns. EU: free shipping on orders over €150. Orders under €150 ship for €7.90. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway: €19, with no free shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking information.
For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.
We may still be able to ship to you. Just send us an email at embassy@bricksandlogs.com and we'll be happy to check the shipping options for your destination.
We hope you love your Embassy piece. If something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Free returns within Germany. For EU and non-EU orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
